I'm looking for someone with experience in:
- Website tasks - you're comfortable with blog posts, email lists, autoresponders
- Managing projects - you can lead a project from start to finish
- Managing staff - you can find, hire and manage contract workers like graphic designers, content writers and PPC specialists

You can work wherever you like - you just need an internet connection.
