Canadian Company Needs Graphic Cartoon Artist with Flash Animation Skills

We need videos created for our website and our clients. What we need from the successful applicant is:
cartoon/drawing skills
flash animation skills
creative mind
able to work independently and keep deadlines
An understanding of the colours and imagery which appeals to a North American audience.
Excellent comprehension of written and spoken English

The script, storyboard direction and voice overs for all videos will be created by another team member.
