VA – DM Outreach, Lead Generation & Ops (Part-Time)

Hi! I’m Lucia, founder of Bolta.ai, a fast-moving SaaS tool that helps creators and marketers grow on Threads and other platforms.

I’m looking for a high-performance, autonomous virtual assistant to join part-time and directly support me and Bolta’s daily growth. If you want to coast or need reminders this is not for you. I’m paying for ROI.

This Is What You’ll Handle:

DM outreach (20+/day) across Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, IG
Weekly outreach recap: # sent, # replies, booked calls
Book intro calls & follow-up with leads, collaborators, influencers
Build lead lists and organize CRM/Notion tracker
Research affiliate partners, SaaS users, creators, agencies
Monitor and organize inbox (email & Bolta DMs)
Draft & send follow-up emails fro ---------- to users or partners
Set up my weekly call calendar and confir ---------- etings
Organize my voice notes & brain dumps (weekly)
Help format docs, decks, or content outlines I’m working on
Engage with comments from our brand & my personal account
Post/share community updates ( ---------- , Threads, Reddit)
Reply to customer questions (support inbox – light volume)
Help schedule social content (Bolta scheduler)
Find 5+ people a week worth shouting out or collaborating with


Who You Are:

Ruthlessly organized, proactive, and outcome-focused
Can handle being the right hand to a founder
Fluent in written English and able to handle outreach with confidence
Tech-savvy and eager to learn tools (we use Notion, Slack, Bolta, Canva, Figma, linear, etc.)
