What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, is tech-savvy, and loves finding new business opportunities. You’ll be working part-time (about 2 hours daily) helping us build our brand online and bring in new leads.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and schedule 8 weekly posts (5 TikTok videos, 3 Instagram posts).
• Write captions and create visuals (using Canva or similar tools).
• Maintain brand tone: clean, fun, professional, and informative.
• Post in local Facebook groups daily (based on group rules).
• Respond to comments and DMs to engage leads.
• Search job boards and STR listings for new opportunities.
• Apply to cleaning/property management job postings.
• Send a daily report with all leads/opportunities found.
• Draft newsletters, email blasts, and marketing messages.
• Translate content into Spanish (using translation tools).
• Additional responsibilities as necessary.

Required Tools & Skills
• Canva, TikTok (editing), Instagram, Facebook.
• WhatsApp, Email.
• Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; able to translate content into Spanish.
• Strong writing skills for captions, newsletters, and general content.
• Organized, consistent, and communicative.
