DM appointment setter (Instagram)

We’re looking for a high-performing DM Setter to join our fast-growing online fitness coaching business.

Start high-quality conversations with potential clients via Instagram DM, follow up, and book them into sales calls. You’ll be the first point of contact in transforming lives — and we’ll train you to dominate.

TASKS:
Send 150+ outbound DMs per day to targeted leads on Instagram
Reply to inbound DMs and follow up with leads who’ve shown interest
Qualify leads using our proven scripts (we’ll train you)
Book calls into our calendar using our call booking system
Track leads and update CRM daily
Communicate with the team on daily performance, issues, and wins

REQUIRED:
Strong written English and natural communication skills
Highly disciplined and consistent — you don’t miss targets
Comfortable with high-volume messaging and lead follow-up
Fast learner and coachable
Detail-oriented and organized
