We're looking for a skilled video editor who can transform long-form content into high-performing short-form videos. This role can be full-time, part-time, or project-based, depending on your availability and fit.

Responsibilities:
Cut short-form content from long-form video recordings
Identify ---------- nts with viral potential
Add effective subtitles, text overlays, and visual hooks
Edit for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Demonstrated experience editing for social media
Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and current trends
A portfolio is required to apply.
