I need an assistant to help me run my fashion blog

I need someone to help run my blog. My blog's niche is mainly Fashion but also has Beauty and Lifestyle/Travel. Some of the tasks I need help with are:
-Link Building
-Leave comments for me in other similar blogs ( fashion, beauty, lifestyle- about 60 blogs per day) in targeted countries and also respond to any comments on my blog.
-Creating Banners for slides on my homepage
-Occasionally create a blog post ( mostly filler posts when I don't have any material to post)
-Create weekly e-mail content that's fashion related.
Applicants must have the following qualities:
-Excellent knowledge in Fashion, Beauty (current trends, styling)
-Writing in English language
-Know how to create visually appealing content similar to my blog's style ( for banners, slides, infographics)
-Hardworking, punctual, thinks outside the box
-Sends me daily reports for me to track the day's work.
