JOB OVERVIEW

YouTube Channel Specialist (Short-Term Gig with Growth Potential)
Project-Based | Remote | Immediate Start

Are you someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes YouTube? Do you know how to make a channel pop with eye-catching thumbnails, scroll-stopping Shorts, and smart strategy that helps content get discovered and shared?

We’re looking for a short-term YouTube Channel Specialist to help us reorganize and refresh our existing channel. This is a several-day project designed to give our channel a facelift—with the right person, there’s potential for ongoing work to support long-term growth.

This gig is for you if you:

Love optimizing YouTube channels for engagement and visibility

Know how to strategically organize playlists and videos for better user flow

Can identify what’s working (and what’s not) when it comes to Shorts and trending content

Have a creative eye for thumbnails that pop

Understand growth strategies and know how to apply them practically

Are a clear communicator and enjoy collaborating with creative teams

The project includes:

Reorganizing our current YouTube channel for clarity, consistency, and engagement

Reviewing and refreshing thumbnails to align with the brand voice and boost click-throughs

Auditing and making suggestions for Shorts and upcoming podcasts strategy and possible execution

Providing a simple growth roadmap or set of recommendations for next steps

Communication is KEY. Good communication and strategy skills.

Timeframe:
This is a focused project estimated to take several days, starting immediately. If the collaboration is a great fit, we’re open to continuing the relationship on a more regular basis.

Bonus if you:

Have experience working with motivational or transformational content

Understand storytelling and how to position emotional impact in short-form content

Know your way around analytics tools to track performance
