POSITION: Team Success Manager
You'll be in charge of helping and supporting my team of virtual assistants by making sure they always have the tools and resources they need to get their job done.
(You'll be handling the team's daily requests and also helping me directly with small day-to-day tasks.)
> Full tutorial, training, and step-by-step resources will be provided.
> Must be a “24/7 responsibility” type of person. You will have a set shift with clear hours, but there will be days where things get busy and I’ll need you to stay flexible and ready to handle more.
> You have to be a people’s person. You MUST have great energy at all times and give off natural kindness and loving energy. Basically like a customer success or customer support role, but focused on internal team tasks.
> Must have a natural sense of care, kindness, and emotional intelligence. You're the type of person that genuinely enjoys helping others and staying organized.
> You MUST be someone who’s extremely attentive to detail. Like... “zero mistakes, ever” type of energy. You enjoy double-checking everything and keeping things neat, labeled, and organized at all times. This will be key especially for future tasks like spreadsheet tracking, Canva design support, and bookkeeping help.
> You might also help me personally with small Canva designs, research, testing ads on TikTok, or simple admin tasks.
There’s plenty of room to grow in this role and take on more responsibilities as the team expands — which also means more $$ as we grow together!
