German-Speaking VA with WordPress Performance & CSS/JS Skills (Remote, Part-Time)

Hi there!

I’m looking for a technically skilled, German-speaking virtual assistant who can support me with two types of tasks:

1. Simple but important office tasks (e.g. manual submissions into web directories)

2. Technical support with WordPress speed optimization and light frontend improvements

This is a long-term remote position with flexible working hours and the opportunity to grow in responsibility and hours over time.

Your responsibilities:

A) Backlink building & Directory Support

- Manually submitting company details into online directories

- Copy-paste based form filling (in German)

- Logging everything neatly in Google Sheets

- Working independently & precisely

B) WordPress Performance Optimization

- Reducing load times through clean code, not just by using speed plugins (this i can do myself :)

- Removing unnecessary CSS/JS

- Lazy loading, image optimization (manually or via theme functions)

- Analyzing and fixing render-blocking resources


What you should bring:
- Good German reading & writing skills
(You should be able to understand and write clean, correct German text)

- Solid WordPress experience – ideally in theme customization and performance

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS

- You should know how things work under the hood – not just how to install plugins

- Clean, reliable, and structured working style

- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Docs and basic project communication
