E-commerce Data Entry & Profit Tracking Assistant

I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me track the daily profits of my e-commerce business. You'll be working mainly in Google Sheets, filling in cost of goods (COG), ad spend, and revenue per product, and calculating profit for each product and each day. Accuracy is extremely important.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

???? Responsibilities:
Enter product sales data daily into Google Sheets

Track cost of goods, ad spend, and revenue per product

Calculate profit per product and total daily profit

Maintain organized and up-to-date records

Work closely with me via chat or Loom videos for updates and clarifications

? Requirements:
Experience with data entry or bookkeeping (especially in e-commerce is a plus)

Excellent Google Sheets/Excel skills (formulas, basic functions)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good English communication skills (written)

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Familiarity with e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

? Working Hours:
Part-time (1-2 hours per day, 6-7 days per week)

Flexible schedule, but must be consistent and reliable

Starting at $3-$4/hour, depending on experience
