Product Sourcing & Development Manager for german eCommerce Brand

We’re a german brand for passionate gardeners. We’re looking for someone who can help us discover and launch new product types from A to Z — from idea research to sourcing, sampling, and supplier negotiation.

Responsibilities:
– Identify trending garden-related products
– Find and compare suppliers (Alibaba, others)
– Order samples
– Negotiate price & MOQ
– Deliver fully-sourced product proposals with margin breakdown

Requirements:
– Proven experience in product research and sourcing
– Fluent in English, confident communicator
– Able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Bonus: Experience with European fulfillment/sourcing preferred
