Customer Retention Specialist

[Role Overview:]
You’ll be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers via email, outbound calls, and telemarketing. Your primary goal is to retain clients, re-engage inactive leads, and build strong long-term relationships through strategic communication.

Responsibilities:
- Execute cold calls and follow-ups to clients and past customers
- Manage email campaigns to retain and win back customers
- Analyze reasons for churn and build strategies to improve retention
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
- Collaborate with our sales and support teams to improve outreach

[Qualifications:]
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Proven experience in cold calling or outbound telemarketing
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Must be available to work night shift (PH time)

Nice to Have:
Background in healthcare, GLP-1 treatments, or related industries is a plus

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

[Working Hours:]
Full-time | 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Philippine Time)
40+ hours/week
