Key Responsibilities:
-Contact warm leads who have inquired about a free dental consultation
-Qualify leads over the phone and schedule appointments
-Reactivate old leads from a database of over 10,000 contacts
-Handle a high volume of outbound calls (100+ per day)
-Follow structured scripts and processes to ensure consistent results
-Maintain a positive and professional tone, even when handling rejections

What We’re Looking For:
-Fluent English speaker with a clear and neutral accent
-Strong communication and empathy skills
-Comfortable handling rejection and receiving direct feedback
-Able to work flexible shifts, including 5–6 weekend shifts per 4 weeks
-Fast learner who wants to grow into leadership within 12 months

Requirements:
-Minimum 20 Mbps upload internet speed
-Dual monitors/screens
-Noise-cancelling headset
-Comfortable working evenings and weekends
-Able to follow schedules and meet performance targets
