We’re looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and fast Video Editor to join our growing team full-time.
Your main responsibility will be to source engaging content online and create top-performing video ads based on provided scripts, references, and competitor examples.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Content Sourcing: Proactively research and find high-quality, relevant content clips across platforms to use in our video ads.

-Ad Creation: Edit and produce short, highly engaging video ads using our provided scripts, competitor references, and creative direction.

-Hook Development: Help craft strong, attention-grabbing hooks to improve video performance.

-Fast Turnarounds: Work quickly without sacrificing quality to meet deadlines.

-Collaborative Communication: Stay in close communication with the team to align on priorities, revisions, and project feedback.

Requirements:

-Proven Experience: 2+ years editing short-form ads, social media videos, or UGC-style videos.

-Content Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to find perfect clips for specific hooks and angles.

-Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools.

-Attention to Detail: Ability to match competitor ad styles while adding creative, high-converting touches.

-Speed and Reliability: Able to consistently deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

-Communication: Professional, responsive, and proactive communicator.
