JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buying Expert for a short-term remote engagement to train our in-house team. You’ll develop and deliver a customized training program using your own materials, equipping our team with the skills to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across major platforms. This is a perfect role for a seasoned performance marketer who enjoys sharing knowledge and building capacity in others.

Responsibilities:
Design and lead a training program tailored to SavantCare, focused on media buying strategy, ad optimization, and budget management.

Train our team on creating and scaling paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok Ads.

Guide on how to define target audiences, set campaign goals, structure campaigns/ad sets, and monitor performance.

Provide hands-on instruction on interpreting key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPC, CPM) and using data to make informed decisions.

Share frameworks for A/B testing creatives, ad copy, and audience segments.

Supply your own training materials (e.g., slides, SOPs, sample campaigns, checklists) for ongoing internal use.

Share best practices to maximize ad spend efficiency and campaign ROI for a service-based brand.

Requirements:
Proven experience in media buying and performance marketing, with measurable success on major ad platforms.

Demonstrated experience training or mentoring others in digital advertising strategy and execution.

Must provide your own training assets, such as campaign planning templates, tracking sheets, or testing protocols.

Deep familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards.

Strong communication, teaching, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing media buying for service-based or healthcare-related brands.

Comfortable conducting training sessions with small teams (1-5 people).

Up-to-date knowledge of current ad policies, platform changes, and emerging trends.
