Automations Expert - N8N/Make/Airtable/GHL

We’re looking for a systems architect and automation wizard who lives at the intersection of tech, AI, and operations.

As our Automations Expert, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing workflows across GoHighLevel (GHL), n8n, Airtable, and other tools to help us scale intelligently and efficiently. You’ll be the brain behind the machine – integrating apps, designing customer journeys, and launching smart bots using the latest in AI and LLM tech like ChatGPT, Claude, Flowise, Langchain, Manus, and the knowing how to integrate multiple channel operations.

? What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in automation, integrations, or workflow design

Hands-on expertise with GHL (GoHighLevel), n8n, Airtable, Zapier, and API integrations

Deep understanding of chatbot and voicebot architecture (Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.)

Working knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, and memory management for AI agents

Comfortable working with JSON, webhooks, APIs, and database logic

Portfolio of past automation builds, bots, or AI-enabled workflows

Bonus: Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, Pinecone, or ChromaDB

Ability to think like a product manager – building for scalability, stability, and UX

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a get-it-done attitude

???? Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, GHL Workflows, and Airtable automations

Integrate CRMs, forms, webhooks, APIs, calendars, and lead pipelines across systems

Build smart voicebot and chatbot agents for sales, customer support, and qualification workflows

Use LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and tools like Langchain, Flowise, and Manus to create advanced AI agents

Train and optimize bots to deliver context-aware responses and handle complex multi-step flows

Maintain and document all automation systems with clear SOPs and change logs

Collaborate with teams on automation goals (marketing, sales, customer success, devs)

Conduct troubleshooting, QA, and continuous improvements on all bot/automation systems

Bonus: Write and maintain lightweight Python scripts for advanced logic and data handling

Stay ahead of the curve on AI/LLM applications, new tools, and process optimization techniques
