About the role
Mission
Transform founder insights into punchy, research-backed content to grow the personal brand of the founder on Linkedin and other platforms, as well as create content to help better target qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
• Write & repurpose: turn podcast transcripts, webinars, voice notes, and raw data into LinkedIn posts, case studies,
• Long-form projects: craft pillar pages and guides for the new site we have just launched and draft show-notes plus promo snippets for the podcast.
• Outreach messaging: draft direct-message sequences to be used on LinkedIn for ICP and podcast guest outreach.
• Editorial research: surface stats,
• Community touch — We have created a Whatsapp community which is growing, it is largely self-sufficient, and the goal is for users to create conversations, but a fraction of your time would be done introducing experts into the community and to participate in discussions, sharing interesting
• (Bonus) Basic video chops — trimming clips, adding subtitles, or briefing an external editor. Not a required skill but some video editing skills would be a bonus, so you can repurpose vodcasts into shorts etc.
About you
You’re a confident communicator who leads with clear, engaging writing — but you’re also comfortable supporting your message with simple visuals or short videos when needed. You are familiar and comfortable with tech tools to assist in content creation. From a community lens, you understand how to use content to connect with an audience, build trust over time, and turn ongoing real-time conversations into valuable longer-form content pieces.
You’ve worked in content roles for more than 4 years and are now ready for more ownership and strategic input. You’ve used tools to create, schedule and analyse content, and you’re curious about what else you can do with the right human meets tech setup.
This role will suit someone who thinks clearly, writes quickly, adapts fast, is tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
What You Bring
• 4 + yrs experience in B2B content writing or digital communications role; portfolio shows clarity & punch.
• Comfort translating global trade topics for exec audiences; prior international trade, supply-chain or logistics writing experiences are a plus, not mandatory.
• Fluent in AI-assisted workflows and good at prompting.
• Thrives in fast pivots; you’ll report straight to the founder initially.
• Ambition to grow into Marketing Manager–level ownership.
• Able to repurpose live conversations or insights into usable formats across channels
• A proactive mindset — you take ownership and don’t wait for instructions
• A genuine interest in content creation, digital community building, storytelling, desiring continuous improvement
• Familiarity with tools for creating short videos, graphics and scheduling content (BONUS, Not required)
• If you are great with content (aka marketing) automation tools, that would be a Huge bonus!
