SEO Manager / On Page Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled SEO Manager / On-Page Specialist to join our team! If you're passionate about SEO, detail-oriented, and can create strategic weekly and monthly plans tailored to each client, we’d love to work with you.

******What You’ll Do:******

Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies for assigned clients

Prepare weekly and monthly SEO plans and reports

Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices

Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve on-page issues

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

******Requirements:******

Proven experience in on-page SEO and strategy planning

Strong understanding of keyword research, internal linking, metadata, schema, etc.

Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

******Compensation:******

Probation Rate: $700 CAD for the first month

Post-Probation: We’ll discuss a new compensation structure based on performance and scope
