Virtual Assistant & Digital Growth Strategist

We're seeking a proactive, creative Virtual Assistant & Digital Growth Strategist who can actively contribute ideas and strategies to drive growth in our established alternative health business. This position is for someone who can confidently express their creativity, but be directed by data. The ideal candidate will manage regular tasks, including weekly newsletter postings, social media management, email marketing, lead generation, and website administration. They should have a solid foundation in using various digital platforms and be highly proficient in tools like Canva/Adobe, AI applications, WordPress, cPanel, and Infusionsoft (Keap). Experience or interest in alternative health, magnetism, or related fields is highly beneficial, as is familiarity with ISO processes.

The ideal candidate must excel in developing effective lead generation strategies, optimizing campaign funnels, performing meticulous split testing, and rigorously tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Management:
o Weekly posting and management of newsletters via Substack
o Regular social media updates and engagement
o Creation of compelling images and videos
• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
o Execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns
o Developing, implementing, and continuously refining lead generation strategies
o Designing, managing, and optimizing campaign funnels
o Performing detailed split testing to maximize conversion rates
o Rigorous tracking, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance
o Management of CRM (Infusionsoft/Keap) including automations, campaigns, and referral partner administration
• Technical Administration:
o WordPress website management and updates
o cPanel hosting management and support ticket resolution
• Creative & Strategic Initiatives:
o Leveraging AI tools to develop innovative strategies
o Generating and executing ideas that drive measurable business growth
o Supporting special projects such as podcast production and distribution

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in digital tools: Canva/Adobe, Infusionsoft (Keap), WordPress, cPanel
• Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics and Google Business Profile management.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and strategy formulation
• Strong ability to contribute strategic ideas and implement them effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for split testing and performance tracking
• Interest or background in alternative and complementary health, physics, or magnetism
• Familiarity with ISO standards is advantageous but not essential
