A VAPI or Voiceflow power user who’s built bots that actually work

REAL TASKS YOU’LL BE DOING
Building AI-powered voice bots and IVRs for lead gen, customer engagement, and operations
Integrating Voice AI into GoHighLevel, CRMs, and external systems
Mapping and deploying AI-driven customer journeys
Creating automations that reduce workload and increase ROI
Testing new tools, new tech, and pushing what’s possible
Working with our content, dev, and growth teams to roll out wild ideas that actually work

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience building with VAPI, ElevenLabs, or similar voice AI tools
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, API connections, workflows, and automation
High-level thinking: knows how to take an idea and systemise it into software
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or custom CRMs
Obsessive about clean logic, fail-safes, and outcomes
