Cold Caller – Real Estate Lead Generator (Remote, U.S. Hours)

We're seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our real estate team. Your role is to engage potential seller and buyer leads through outbound calls, set appointments, and help fill our pipeline with qualified prospects. Experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.

???? Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners, FSBOs, expired listings, and buyer leads
- Follow provided scripts and adjust based on conversation
- Pre-qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Accurately document call results and follow-up notes in CRM
- Provide daily call report summaries

???? Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent is REQUIRED
- Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and follow scripts
- Willingness to learn and grow into the role

???? Hiring Test (Required):
