Product Lister

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Lister with a strong background in managing product listings and collections on Shopify. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in listing fashion products, organizing collections, and creating multilingual listings. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding dropshipping business. The role offers flexibility with working hours as we prepare to scale and launch multiple stores. We are looking for someone who is able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

As a Product Lister, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing single product listings, ensuring they are accurate and include high-quality images, pricing, and variants. You will also manage and organize collection pages, aligning them with current fashion trends to enhance the shopping experience. A key part of the role involves writing and editing compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions tailored for our global customers.

In addition, you will use Shopify’s tools and apps to maintain product information, set up product attributes, and improve navigation for customers. Managing inventory levels and syncing product details with suppliers will also be part of your tasks. You will oversee multilingual product listings, translating and localizing descriptions into languages like French and German to support our international stores.

Your role will include conducting thorough checks on product and collection details to ensure they meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and updates. As the company expands, you will support the setup of multiple Shopify stores and help develop efficient processes to manage a growing number of product listings.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of experience in product listing and collection management on Shopify, with a particular focus on fashion and dropshipping. You should have proven expertise in creating and managing multilingual product listings.

Proficiency in Shopify’s interface, tools, and apps is essential, as is experience with bulk product uploads and CSV file management. Strong language skills, including the ability to translate or localize descriptions into French, German, or other languages, are highly valued. It is important to have a solid understanding of cultural nuances to ensure listings resonate with diverse audiences.

You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Excellent written communication skills are essential, especially for writing and translating product descriptions. The role requires flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. Availability for a full-time position and flexibility with working hours are necessary to meet the demands of this expanding company.
