Airbnb Review Dispute Specialist

We are a property management company who manages 120 properties across 3 different states. Airbnb has recently changed its review dispute process, making it increasingly automated and difficult to navigate. We are seeking a highly knowledgeable individual who currently works at Airbnb or has recently worked there, specifically in the Review Disputes department, to join our team on a contract basis.

Your sole responsibility will be to handle all review disputes across our portfolio, particularly when reviews violate Airbnb’s content policy or when guests break the terms and conditions of our listings.
