Technical Marketing Automation VA - Problem Solver

Who We Are:
We're a small but growing agency that builds automated lead generation systems for clients using GoHighLevel and various AI tools. We're looking for someone who can help us create and maintain these systems while working directly with our founder.

We're Looking For Problem Solvers, Not Just Tool Experts: The most important quality we need is your ability to solve technical challenges creatively. While experience with specific tools is helpful, your attitude and approach matter more than your current tool knowledge.

What You'll Do:
- Build marketing automations that connect different platforms together
- Set up and manage client lead generation systems
- Create AI-powered communication tools using platforms like Vapi and Retell
- Work independently to troubleshoot and improve systems

Skills That Will Help You Succeed:
- Experience with GoHighLevel (essential)
- Familiarity with automation tools like ---------- , n8n, or Zapier (you must have experience with a similar tool)
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts (helpful but not required)
- Strong English communication skills

Working Details:
Fully remote work (must be able to overlap at least 3-4 hours with Australia/NZ timezone)
Flexible schedule (20-40 hours per week, negotiable)
