We’re one of the fastest-growing lead generation agency that works with roofing/solar companies across the U.S., and we’re looking for a reliable Inbox Manager to help manage inbound leads through Go High Level (GHL). This role involves monitoring inbound messages, tagging responses, triggering automations, and working closely with our internal data team to ensure accurate lead tracking. We generate hundreds of leads weekly, so you’ll play a key role in keeping our client campaigns running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inbound messages inside Go High Level
Sort responses into positive, negative, spam, or unresponsive
Trigger automations and workflows based on response type
Flag hot leads or urgent replies for immediate action
Coordinate with our data manager to ensure lead records are properly tracked and tagged
Maintain organized logs or spreadsheets when necessary
Respond to messages in English when needed
Requirements:
Experience using Go High Level (MUST)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Fast response time and attention to detail
Ability to interpret tone and intent from inbound messages
Organized and efficient communicator

Part-time to start (with potential for full-time)
Must be available to check messages throughout Central Standard Time business hours
Consistent daily check-ins are required
