I’m Ashley, the founder of a boutique marketing agency based in Australia.
I am looking for a direct hire — NOT an agency, NOT a middleman — to partner with me for ongoing website builds and optimisation projects.

You MUST:
? Be an independent freelancer (no teams, no subcontracting)
? Complete all work personally (no outsourcing)
? Have strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
? Be highly skilled with WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, and/or Wix
? Have a strong eye for modern, clean website design
? Be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
? Deliver work on deadline consistently
? Understand Western design standards and client expectations
? Be looking for a long-term partnership — not short-term gigs

Role Overview:

Ongoing website builds, landing pages, website optimisations
Immediate projects ready (3 websites needing work now)
Flexible work hours — results matter more than timesheets
Direct relationship with an Australian marketing agency
Opportunity to grow alongside the agency
Bonuses for outstanding work and reliability

Compensation:

Budget for a standard 5-page website build is AUD $400 (14,492.98 php) –$600 (21,739.48) depending on experience and quality. Please submit your best rate
Paid test project to start
Regular work for the right candidate
