U.S.-based video marketing and social media content agency seeks assistant to help with ClickUp, GoHighLevel, MetaAds and organic content for our clients. You’ll work directly with the founder and team to help manage content, organize workflows, and support client growth.

We're seeking a part-time, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our Los Angeles, CA based video marketing and social media content agency. You’ll work directly with the founder and team to help manage content, organize workflows, and support client growth.
This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth, bonuses, and skill development for the right person.

Your Role:
As our VA, you’ll play a key part in making sure we deliver top-quality social content on time and with clarity. You’ll handle a mix of creative, organizational, and client-focused tasks — helping us stay on track, scale efficiently, and serve our clients well.

Key Responsibilities:
KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on content performance across platforms (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)

File & Content Management: Organize video and design files, rename consistently, and keep cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox) clean and updated

GoHighLevel and Meta Ad Support: Looking for someone to help manage our GHL workflow with email campaigns as well as assist in our Meta Ad process.

Content Calendar Updates: Schedule posts, captions, and tasks in ClickUp as needed

Client Onboarding: Help set up new clients inside our system with the right files, notes, and checklists

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and onboarding editors or freelancers when necessary

Communication & Coordination: Keep tea ---------- mbers aligned via Slack and help ensure projects hit their deadlines

Task Management: Use ClickUp to log, assign, and track tasks

Light Admin & Research: Occasional online research, spreadsheet work, or supporting internal initiatives


Working Hours:
Part Time (18-20 hours/week)

Must be available for partial U.S. Pacific Time overlap (ideally mornings)

Reliable internet, a good microphone/sound and a quiet workspace are required

Required Skills & Qualities:
Proficient in English — written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with the project/task management system, ClickUp, and team tools like Slack, and ideally GoHighLevel for email campaigns and other duties.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Notion
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite/Meta Ads
Able to work independently and communicate proactively
Positive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn new tools
Quick learner who takes initiative and values clear systems
