???? Real Estate VA – SMS Lead Qualifier & Appointment Setter (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment company called Kingdom Home Buyers. We help homeowners sell their properties quickly and simply. We’re growing and looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented VA to help us respond to leads, qualify sellers, and set appointments.

You’ll play a key role in helping us find motivated sellers so we can close more deals. If you're organized, reliable, and enjoy communication work — we want to hear from you!

? Daily Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming text messages from seller leads (using scripts)

Ask basic qualifying questions (timeline, condition, etc.)

Tag leads as Hot / Focused Hot / Not Interested

Set appointments for seller calls with our acquisition manager

Push qualified leads into the CRM and notify the team

Reblast older leads with new messages

Send daily report (copy/paste format provided)

???? Work Hours & Setup:
Part-time: 3–5 hours per day

Flexible schedule, but must be able to check messages 2–3x per day during U.S. business hours (CST)

Long-term position with growth potential

???? Salary & Bonus:
Starting at $3–$5/hour depending on experience

Performance bonuses for booked appointments and closed deals

Weekly pay via Wise or PayPal

Strong written English communication

Responsible, self-motivated, and dependable

Experience with real estate or SMS tools is a plus

Familiar with CRMs, Slack, Google Sheets (not required — we’ll train you!)

Wants to grow with the team long-term
