Agency of 40 clients looking for an Account Manager with EXCELLENT English Speaking Skills and extremely high internet.
This will be a client facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services
Monitor and analyze account performance and present regular reports
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell services
Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction
Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred Experience and Traits:
5 years of experience (at least) in an account management or client-facing role
Experience working in [industry, e.g., SaaS, marketing, finance, Hospitality etc.]
High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with data analytics or reporting tools is a plus
