Real Estate Wholesaling VA (Lead Generation & Deal Support)

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to help grow our real estate wholesaling business in the U.S. This is not your typical VA job — we need someone who knows how to find motivated sellers, analyze deals, and assist in closing wholesale contracts.
You will be working directly with the business owner to drive revenue and handle much of the day-to-day operations related to finding and locking up wholesale real estate deals.

Responsibilities:
Cold calling homeowners using provided scripts and tools

Text message and email outreach

Lead generation and follow-up

Running comps and estimating ARVs

Managing lead spreadsheets and CRM

Assisting with contracts and e-signatures

(Optional) Coordinating with cash buyers

Requirements:
Must have experience in real estate wholesaling

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Reliable internet and quiet working environment

Familiar with tools like BatchLeads, PropStream, Podio, or Mojo Dialer

Self-motivated and results-driven

Bonuses:
$50–$100 per qualified lead that signs a contract

$250–$1,000 per closed wholesale deal
