WordPress Website Setup for Local Ethical Marketplace (Hostinger + Elementor)

Hi! I'm building a purpose-driven project called LocalBees, and I’m looking for a reliable and creative WordPress expert to help bring the first version of the website to life.
LocalBees is a movement — not just a business — focused on empowering conscious consumers, supporting ethical local businesses, and transforming how people shop. The site will feature a growing search engine to help users discover verified, sustainable, and local brands — curated by hand in the beginning.
I have a domain and hosting plan with Hostinger, and I’d like the site built on WordPress using a modern, easy-to-update theme (preferably with Elementor or a similar builder). The site should feel fresh, ethical, and community-driven.

? What I need help with:
Installing and setting up WordPress on Hostinger
Recommending and installing a clean, fast, mobile-friendly theme (Elementor preferred)
Creating the core pages: Home, About, Vision, Blog, Contact, Get Involved
Designing a simple and intuitive search/filter feature that allows visitors to browse ethical/local businesses (these will be added manually for now)
Creating a clean layout/template for business listings and featured products
Applying my branding (logo, fonts, colors — I’ll provide these)
Ensuring the site is responsive, fast-loading, and beginner-friendly for me to update
