Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks, Dext, PayPal, Stripe) – Philippines

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Job Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time)

About Us:
We are a real estate coaching and consulting company looking for a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage our financial records. We use QuickBooks Online, Dext, PayPal, and Stripe, and we need someone who can keep our books clean, reconciled, and up to date. We were going to hire previously but waited for our other bookkeeper to retire. Now we are ready to hire.

Responsibilities:
Record & categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank accounts, PayPal, Stripe, and credit cards
Upload & organize receipts using Dext
Track & manage accounts payable & receivable
Generate monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Identify and flag missing transactions or discrepancies
Assist in preparing financial records for tax season
Provide weekly/monthly financial summaries

Requirements:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with international clients)
QuickBooks Online experience (Certified ProAdvisor is a plus)
Dext experience (must know how to categorize and manage receipts)
Familiarity with Stripe & PayPal reconciliation
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with corporate bookkeeping (we are a corporation)
Previous experience working with real estate or coaching businesses (bonus)
Ability to automate financial processes and improve efficiency
We are Canadian , experience in Canada would be great
