Marketing Manager

Everglow Miami is a luxury medspa based in Florida, and we’re looking for a smart, organized, and creative Virtual Marketing & Project Manager to help us grow.

You’ll work directly with the founder to plan promotions, manage marketing tasks, and oversee our design/content workflow. This role is part marketing coordinator, part creative thinker, and part project manager.


Responsibilities:
• Manage our marketing calendar (social media, email, ads, promos)
• Help create and organize content using Canva or Figma
• Review performance reports and suggest improvements
• Draft or edit social captions, landing page copy, and emails
• Track projects and follow up on tasks across the team
• Assist with light design work or coordinate with freelancers

Requirements:
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Experience with marketing or content creation
• Canva or Figma experience required
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Bonus: Familiar with GoHighLevel, Shopify, Meta Ads


Compensation:
• Part-time START then Full Time Transition (20 hrs/week): $500–$1,000/month
• Bonuses available for campaign success or performance
• Long-term opportunity with room to grow into a leadership role
