Client Acquisition + Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support two major functions:

Lead Generation for Our Clients – You'll find and contact potential customers (e.g. med spa leads) on social platforms and manage those conversations to generate interest and inquiries.

Client Outreach for Our Agency – You'll also help us find potential business owners (med spas, dentists, chiropractors, etc.) who might benefit from our lead gen services. You’ll reach out via cold email, DMs, or LinkedIn to introduce our offer and book calls for us.

New Responsibilitie:
Identify and outreach to business owners who may be a good fit for our agency

Use Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google to find qualified business leads

Send cold DMs, emails, and follow-ups to book sales calls for our agency

Track and report on outreach progress (calls booked, replies, etc.)

Continue supporting client lead gen work (as mentioned above)

Ideal Candidate:
Has experience doing appointment setting or B2B lead generation

Can speak confidently on behalf of the agency in cold outreach

Understands how to qualify business owners before outreach

Takes initiative and works independently without needing constant input

Experience with lead generation or appointment setting

Great English writing and communication

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working independently and hitting weekly goals

Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
