General Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Virtual Assistant to drive growth for a thriving business in the spiritual mentorship and feminine embodiment space. The ideal candidate will be proactive and creative with a strong marketing background and passion for personal growth.

Responsibilities:

Content & Communication:
Scheduling social media posts and newsletters.
Sending group emails to our membership.
Responding to client emails and scheduling Zoom meetings.

Admin & Systems:
Setting up backend systems and automation (e.g., email flows, CRM, client links).
Helping organize and maintain a CRM system (hot leads, 1:1 clients, etc.).
Supporting the building of sales pages, courses, and masterclasses.

Retreat & Travel Support:
Researching travel options, accommodation, and tours.
Helping plan future retreats.
Assisting with retreat organization, communications, and logistics.

Lead Generation & Growth:
Reaching out to podcast hosts and online groups for speaking opportunities.
Finding aligned spaces to share our work and increase visibility.
Helping grow our audience, attract new followers, and generate warm leads.

Who You Are:

A self-starter who thinks ahead, stays organized, and problem-solves effectively.
Confident in offering suggestions and sharing ideas proactively.
Enjoys learning and is open to growing with the role.
Has an interest in spirituality, feminine leadership, or personal growth (bonus but not essential).
Loves working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.

Hours and Compensation:
10–20 hours per week to start, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role. (Australian Hours)
Rate: 7 - 8 AUD per hour.
