We seek an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our growing cleaning business. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of our CRM and automation workflows, with the ability to build high-converting funnels, handle automation from A to Z, and bring strategic marketing insight to elevate our operations.

? Responsibilities:
Set up and manage our entire GoHighLevel system

Create and optimize funnels and landing pages for lead generation

Automate email, SMS, voicemail drops, and appointment workflows

Set up onboarding sequences for clients and subcontractors

Connect pipelines, calendars, and ensure full CRM integration

Run lead-nurturing campaigns and help boost conversion

Advise and implement best GHL practices for a nationwide remote cleaning business

Proven experience with GoHighLevel

Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM

Funnel-building expertise with attention to design and UX

Experience with service-based or local businesses (cleaning industry a bonus)

Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
