Agile Project Manager/ Business Manager - Customer Onboarding

We’re seeking an Agile Project Manager for a client-facing role to lead customer onboarding into our Agile process and maintain strong, satisfied client relationships. You’ll follow a structured project management template, coordinating meetings, managing resources, and ensuring seamless onboarding before transitioning projects to the SCRUM team. Responsibilities include scheduling, task coordination, and clear, professional communication with clients to meet their needs. During SCRUM implementation, the Product Operations Manager will oversee project health. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, skilled in Agile methodologies, adept at fostering positive customer relationships, and possess advanced English skills for effective client interactions.
