JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a part-time role (10–15 hours per week) with opportunities for raises and increased hours based on performance. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and can quickly take ownership of tasks, there’s room to grow with bonuses and long-term opportunities.

I'm looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to help run and scale my real estate business. This is not a simple data-entry job — I need someone who is sharp, efficient, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will be involved in lead generation, marketing automation, social media management, and light website support.

Main Responsibilities:

- GoHighLevel (GHL) management
Build automations, workflows, triggers, form/survey flows, calendars, and pipelines. You’ll import leads into GHL using data pulled from RedX, and assign them into specific campaigns based on lead type.

- RedX and Forewarn data vetting
You’ll vet homeowner and property data to ensure accuracy before importing into GHL. Training will be provided for this step.

- Canva content creation
Design social media content, real estate graphics, property flyers, and marketing visuals as needed.

- CapCut video editing
Create short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Facebook. I will give you voiceovers and topic ideas—you’ll handle editing, captions, and formatting. You may also be asked to script out video ideas based on themes I provide.

- Facebook engagement
Help grow my Facebook presence by interacting in groups, commenting on relevant posts, responding to messages, posting in the marketplace, and scheduling my own content.

- Social media content posting
Post and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook based on a content calendar or list of weekly tasks.

- Basic comps/pricing research
I’ll train you on how to evaluate properties and comps (this task will be lighter but still important).

Bonus/Preferred Experience:

- Familiarity with ---------- to build automations and webhook flows
- Experience with Squarespace to edit simple websites or landing pages
- Understanding of task/project tools like Taskade

Tools We’ll Use:

- Slack for daily communication
- Zoom for meetings and onboarding

Requirements:

- Ability to work at least part of your shift during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
- Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging after onboarding
- Reliable internet, trustworthy with login credentials
- Comfortable communicating via voice or video when needed
