We're seeking a GHL automation expert who can take our pre-installed business snapshot and fully implement it from end to end using our detailed setup checklist.

???? Scope of Work
You will be responsible for completing the following:

? Domain + Email Setup

Connect our custom domain to GHL

Set up email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for inbox deliverability

A2P 10DLC registration for SMS compliance

? Funnels + Forms

Finalize and polish landing page(s) & surveys

Embed tracking (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics)

Test form submission flow and tagging

? Calendars + Booking

Connect calendars

Customize availability & reminders

Embed into funnels

? Workflows & Automations

Build and test new lead follow-ups

Calendar confirmations & no-show workflows

Onboarding automations

Missed call texts, testimonial requests, and upsell flows

? CRM Pipeline

Configure custom pipeline stages

Set triggers for automatic stage movements

Assign tags, lead scoring, and tracking

? Email/SMS Campaigns

Create templates for follow-up, drip sequences, upsells

Segment based on tags and lead behavior

? Contracts + Payments

Integrate Stripe

Trigger PandaDoc contracts automatically

? Slack/Team Notifications

Set up Zapier notifications for new leads, appointments, payments, etc.

? Testing & QA

Walk through and test the entire system from lead ? closed ? onboarded ? offboarded

???? You Are:
Highly experienced with Go High Level (not just an agency user — you build the backend)

Comfortable using Zapier, Calendly, Slack, Stripe, and Google Workspace

Detail-oriented and able to follow a step-by-step checklist

Available to start immediately and communicate updates daily
