Video Editor for Instagram

We’re hiring a freelance video editor for a paid gig to create powerful, short-form Instagram content for our basketball ---------- job starts as a one-time project (3 Reels), but if you crush it, there’s long-term potential to join our growing creative team and work with us regularly each week.

We create content that’s bold, emotional, and real—calling out toxic coaching, advocating for kids’ mental health, and building a movement to revolutionize youth sports. Your editing will bring our mission to life on screen.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Edit 45–60 second videos for Instagram Reels

Add captions (Captions.ai style or better)

Add video clips, dynamic transitions, and fast cuts

Use bold, gritty typography that matches our vibe (Nike / Malcolm X energy)

Add music and/or SFX when needed

Match the tone: real, raw, rebellious, and heartfelt

? Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts

Knows how to keep content visually punchy, emotional, and fast-paced

Fluent in English (understand the tone and message)

Good eye for typography and layout

Must meet deadlines (quick turnaround = 1–3 days per video)

Bonus: Experience with Captions.ai, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere
