Framer + GHL Developer Onboarding Checklist

Project Overview
Business: Wolfpack Vending Services
Website: Built in Framer using a clean, modern template (have an account, will use recommended template)
Backend: Integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead capture, SMS, booking, and automation
Goal: Publish a professional vending service website, with working lead forms, appointment booking, and smart automations using GHL

Tools In Use
- Framer (frontend website)
- GoHighLevel (CRM, form builder, SMS automation)
- Google Workspace (email/calendar)
- Google Voice (business phone)

Developer Responsibilities
• Phase 1: Framer Website Build
- Choose + customize a modern Framer template
- Apply Wolfpack branding (colors, logo, fonts — to be provided)
- Build essential pages: Home, “Request a Vending Machine”, “Report a Machine Issue”, Contact/About, FAQ
- Ensure fast load time and responsive design
- Optimize for mobile

• Phase 2: GHL Integration
- Embed GHL form on “Request a Vending Machine” page
- Embed GHL calendar/booking on Contact/CTA areas
- Test form submissions + confirmation workflows
- Ensure mobile experience is optimized
- Add tracking (optional): Google Analytics, GHL tracking code

• Phase 3: Testing + Final Delivery
- Review embedded forms and calendar for responsiveness
- Submit test lead for each form type
- Confirm GHL automations are functioning
- Deliver editable Framer project and walkthrough
- Bonus: Include a README or Loom video walkthrough

What I Don’t Want
- No affiliate templates or upsell packages
- No third-party lead sharing or tracking
- No excessive animations or clutter
- Don’t build in Webflow or WordPress
