Google Sheets & Excel Expert (with an Eye for Design)

Are you a spreadsheet whiz with a knack for making things look clean, clear, and user-friendly? We’re looking for someone who not only knows Google Sheets and Excel inside-out but also has a strong sense of layout, structure, and simple design.

This role is perfect for you if:

• You’re an expert in formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, data validation, and automations.
• You know how to make sheets easy to use—even for people who aren’t “spreadsheet people.”
• You have a strong eye for layout and visual clarity—your templates look clean, professional, and not overwhelming.
• You enjoy taking vague ideas or rough examples and turning them into polished, functional templates.
• You can work independently but also take feedback and iterate fast.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and improving Google Sheets templates that are clean, intuitive, and beautiful.
• Helping us organize data in a way that makes it easy for teams to use and understand.
• Creating dashboards, summary views, and visuals that make insights obvious at a glance.
• Working with our team to figure out how to structure templates based on real-world use cases.
• Occasionally fixing or improving existing templates.

Nice-to-have (but not required):

• Experience working with businesses or creators who offer digital products or online services.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automations or custom functions.
• Experience designing Notion dashboards or Airtable bases is a bonus!

Position Type:

• Part-time or freelance, depending on what you'd like and your skillsets
• Long-term working relationship preferred
• Fully remote
