We're building a scalable system to support **multilingual video content production**. I need a freelancer to automate the **script translation ? voiceover ? captioning ? packaging** process using APIs and structured inputs.

This project will support **6 languages**:
Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Korean.

### ? CORE WORKFLOW TO AUTOMATE

Each script contains 6–10 scenes in English. For **each language**, we need to automate:

#### 1. **Translation**
- Translate English script scene-by-scene using **OpenAI GPT-4 API**
- Output:
- Clean translated narration
- Literal back-translation to English
- Caption-friendly version (shorter phrasing)
- Optional cultural notes
- Store result in a structured output (Google Sheet, Airtable, or .docx)

#### 2. **Voiceover (TTS)**
- Format translated text into **SSML**
- Generate voiceover via **ElevenLabs API**
- Use voice-specific fixes (e.g., phonetic adjustments)
- Output: `.mp3` and `.txt` files per language

#### 3. **Captions**
- Transcribe generated audio (using **Whisper API** or similar)
- Compare transcript to translated narration
- Generate `.srt` file with 1-second scene breaks

#### 4. **QA (Optional but ideal)**
- Flag mismatches between transcript and original translation
- Log findings in a QA report for review

#### 5. **Final File Packaging**
For each language, generate the following folder output:
