JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling follow-ups
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles including aides, coordinators, and office staff
Use Indeed, social media, and community outreach to attract qualified candidates
Organize and lead job fairs and local recruiting events

HR Coordination:
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR records
Coordinate in-service training, performance reviews, and compliance tracking
Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and policy enforcement
Help track employee benefits, leaves, and certifications

Requirements:
2+ years experience in recruiting and HR support, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficiency with tools like Indeed, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in home care or healthcare recruitment and ecommerce
