Zoom-Based Organizing Assistant (Short-Term Project)

I’m hiring immediately for a short-term, live Zoom-based organizing project—starting today or tomorrow.

You will be on Zoom with me as I go through screenshots, voicenotes, videos, links, and transcripts. I’ll be sharing my screen and handing you content to organize in Miro while we work together in real time.

This is body doubling style—you’ll be there to help me stay focused and sort what matters while I talk things through. Some of the work is quiet and focused. Other times, I’ll ask for your input—“Does this make sense here?” or “Should we keep this?”—so I need someone who’s comfortable jumping in with clear, confident feedback when asked.

This is a 2-day project, around 5 hours per day, and starting today would be ideal. You won’t be working nonstop—we’ll take breaks—and the rhythm will flow between organizing and live collaboration.

? You must be:
• Extremely organized
• Fast and focused
• Comfortable working live on Zoom—and in silence when needed
• Able to follow my lead and adjust quickly as things shift
• Experienced in Miro, or confident you can learn fast
• Comfortable giving input when I ask (not just sitting and waiting)
• Bonus: You’ve worked with fast-paced or ADHD entrepreneurs before
• Bonus: You understand what might be useful for content or messaging later (basic marketing awareness)

High conversational to fluent.
You should be able to follow fast-paced verbal instructions, understand nuance, and communicate clearly when needed—both verbally and in writing.

If this goes well, there’s definitely potential for future projects. But right now, I need someone who’s sharp, responsive, and ready to go this weekend.
