Airbnb Review Remover and Resolutions Manager

We are currently looking for somebody who has worked with Airbnb in the past and can help our company remove reviews and file and follow up on resolutions. We currently run and manage 25 vacation rentals and we have a very excited and ambitious team. We are constantly growing our company year over year. We need a somebody thats able to do the hard work and help us uphold our guest rules, remove reviews, and get resolutions pushed through with very detailed items and invoices.

Skills needed

-Confident W/ Review Removal, and Resolutions
-Previously worked at Airbnb
-Can operate Slack
-Can Operate Monday
-Communicate W/ Cleaners


We are offering 20 hours a week. A 4 hour a day shift that is flexible with what time of day you choose to work.
