Each applicant will have 60 seconds to talk us through their experiences, which we'll use to create a roster and follow up as opportunities arise. When we hire full-time employees, the first two weeks are paid $100 (i.e. $200/month rate), and keepers after that are paid $250/month with wages increasing to $300/month, $400/month, and $500/month as revenue increases.
