Bookkeeping & Tax Project Manager

Seeking a project Manager to lead a team of 4-5 Bookkeepers. Our team is growing so we have never used a project management system, so seeking someone who can take the lead in implementing. Our team of bookkeepers manages 10 bookkeeping and tax clients, so need PM to have understanding of accounting.

I need someone who can be dedicated to checking in on weekends, checking for urgent messages on off hours, and being dedicated to the overall vision of the company and serving our clients.
