Ecommerce Systems Operations - Support for Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Scripts, More)

You’ve spent years building your toolbox across Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets + Scripts, and more. You think in systems, speak in automations, and get a weird joy out of making messy processes run like clockwork.

We're looking for a sharp, curious, tech-savvy operator to become the systems backbone of our growing e-commerce brand. If you're the kind of person who loves figuring out how everything connects, who gets excited about new tools, and who wants to grow alongside a brand that values smart, efficient thinking—this one's for you.

This is a long-term role, not a one-off task. We want someone who's in it for the journey.

The Role:
We’re replacing an internal systems person and need someone who can take over a mix of technical and operational support tasks. You’ll be working directly with the founder to:

Maintain and troubleshoot Shopify store systems (theme settings, apps, integrations)

Support Klaviyo email flows + segment syncing

Manage Gorgias workflows + macros

Write / debug Google Apps Scripts (Google Sheets automations)

Maintain clean product feeds (Meta Catalogues, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)

Help connect tools using APIs, webhooks, and third-party apps

Experience with Zapier, ManyChat, or n8n (or excited to learn!)

Familiarity with Shopify metafields, product tags, and data syncs

Ability to document processes clearly

Demonstrated experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Scripts

Comfort with APIs and light scripting

Eager to solve problems and find the why, not just patch things

Available for ~10–20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow

Partial overlap with AEST timezone preferred
